This gentle and meditative yoga practice emphasizes the spiritual aspect of yoga. The intention is to raise awareness of the Self. This class will strengthen the body while reducing tension and awakening energy. Silent affirmations are offered for each pose. The result is physical rejuvenation and a deeper sense of inner peace.
