This heightened yoga practice consists of a deliberate set of postures that connect with the breath to achieve a continuous flow. It challenges the cardiovascular system by linking the body movement with breath. It enhances detoxification through breath and sweat. Yogis will leave this class feeling stronger both physically and mentally. These poses are friendly for most yoga practitioners, however this class is recommended for intermediate/advanced yogis.
